Our neighbour is a very pretty lady of our age whom both I and Mrs Ballbag have befriended. However this summer since the sun has come out she has taken to sunbathing topless in her garden, safe in the knowledge that she can't be seen due to the high shrubbery around our garden. However since doing a bit of pruning at the weekend, she is now visible from our bathroom window.

A gentlemanly thing would be to bring up the new trimming next time you see her, and mention that you can see her back garden now from the Bathroom window ( which is presumably frosted, and therefore you have to actually open it to perve ?)
