It sounds like the sacred island of sanity to me! Any other way and you're slipping towards the anarchy of time, whereby you dont have a set timeplan and you drift earlier or later and then sleep like hell at weekends, which in the past I tended to do.

You get up because you have to Viv, miserable or not, you're famed for your smilies and exclamation marks, its a part of who you are. The pic below is the tablets I had shipped in to help me sleep and manipulate my bodyclock which is alive and alert at night time, if I were to let my body choose when to sleep then it would probably be nearer to wake up time when I felt tired. You have the ability to go to sleep, wake up and get on with it easily, I kinda envy that.

I am a morning person in all respects except one - and that is that I hate getting up. Unfortunately for me though I am most productive in the mornings and tend to get tired in the evenings. Boring or what.
