One of my teachers said that about me at a parents evening (oh so many years ago) once, he said I was like an enigma wrapped in a paradox; that was the teacher I got on best with too.

Not as genius as the paradox thing. Console you have to be pretty weird to come up with quotes like that hence he was completely on your level.

It was kind of a "joke".... well, half a joke... it's just sometimes you can be very nice, and sometimes difficult. Luckily, I can usually tell just by looking at your username - not always, but mostly :-)

I wouldn't say that you'd have to be weird to come up with a quote like that, but we were on the same level most of the time; he was my maths teacher and was also the head of the IT department, so our academic interests were very similar. He's the person that got me into web design actually; he asked me to do the schools webpage when I was in year 9 (I think).

No, not really. The first time we met was because I had broken several of the schools security systems and downloaded a snes emulator to the schools PC and was playing Mario Allstars during break time.

Not really. "An enigma wrapped in a paradox" was a phrase used by WInston Churchill to describe Russia. I'm stunned you didn't know that s4b!

The 'energy' you're picking is probably just radiation from your CRT monitor; I'd be careful about being around it too much if it's affecting your mind.
