Viv, it is one of the craziest things you've ever said, and it's up against some bloody stiff competition; I can't believe for a second that even you would believe it.

It's not crazy at all. It CAN be done!! Also, where's the ... er... competition? What are you talking about.

so, now you're calling me stupid, and you wonder why I say things to YOU. Well, your answer is in your face.

No, I said you've said some stupid things. Like I said, I have no problem with things you say about me, please leave others out of it.

I'm not convinced that Viv believes any of the magical, fairy-tale stuff she comes out with; it's very possible that's she's just saying it for the attention.

Maybe she weighs the same as a duck?
(Very subtle I thought...)

what's that supposed to mean? saying it for the attention? If I wanted attention, I could think of other ways of getting it.

I'm very impatient by nature - things like our internet at home breaking down (which it does quite a lot at the moment) make me curse out loud and sulk - but I really fight against it cos I don't wanna give myself high blood pressure. With stuff like traffic, I always remind myself that getting annoyed won't achieve anything, and take deep breaths.

Nope, on this occasion, just plainly because I believe it!! And that's a FACT.

Traffic doesn't really bother me, unless I'm late for something, which I always try not to be.

It may be fact that you believe it, but it certainly isn't a fact that it is actually true.

Yep, now I really can't believe that you actually believe this; I credit you with far too much intelligence for that.

To be fair, Viv hasn't suggested that the ability to look at someone's username and tune in to their mental state belongs to anyone other than her. She said SHE can do it. Whilst this obviously seems like a load of nonsense to the rest of us, maybe thats simply because we CAN'T do it, so we couldn't possibly imagine that she could. Alternatively, Viv, you're nuts! (I can't bring myself to put a smiley here, but please imagine one in order to indicate that I am smiling as I type this.....)

Funny that, in the past - check out "colour coded" thread from the past, you have credited me in fact with little intelligence.

So how does it work then viv? you look at their icon and you get a sudden rush of the emotion that that person is feeling at the time?
what happens if when they post they are feeling really miserable, but by the time you log in and read it, they've logged out, made a cup of coffee and had a phonecall from their partner to tell them they've won the lottery, do you get he old emotion or the new happier, more wealthy emotion?

If they've logged out, I get the "old emotion"... i don't know why that even needs an explanation.
