But at least at the end of it you'll be in Devon, which, being the best place in the world, should make it all worth it.

There is that.

I don't agree, I've not experienced that in London (though it is quite expensive.)

Ballbag wrote:I'm currious

Does that mean full of curry?

Ballbag wrote:Topher the Bopher, do you like living in Milton Keynes? Do you also insist on calling it MK like all the other locals seem to (in my experience)?

I'm proud of my roots, I do like living here. It's dead easy to get around and as I said, easy to get to most other places. I suppose I'm one of the few true "locals", because what with it being a new "city", lots of people have moved here from elsewhere.

I've never called it "MK" as far as I know, though I know people who do. Most people just call it "the city" when referring to Central Milton Keynes though, and if referring to other parts, just say the name of the estate.

Yudster wrote:Place with the rudest people - its between Liverpool and Sheffield again.

Again, I've never experienced that in Liverpool; I really like Liverpool as cities go.

Liverpool isn't a nice city but its slowly getting there. Its like Manchester was 10 years ago with all the cranes up around it. The people of Liverpool are brilliant though. They get criticised because they still act as a community within the whole of the area and they get taunted for showing empathy.

London is just too big for me.

It's great, much better than Bioshock, which was massively overrated.

I don't wear jewellery, but I do have to wear a watch when round my mum's, as she bought it. I don't like wearing things on my wrist though.

I may try and wear it for a period of time. Weirdly (well I'm told it's weird) I'm left-handed and wear my watch on my left wrist.

Topher, I was told that it was weird that I wore my watch on my right wrist when I was right-handed. I changed because I grew tired of people commenting. Maybe it's weird that other people feel the need to comment?

It's nice and bright again, and at lunch-time I am going to have a hot choc, plus chocolate flakes, plus marshmallows, plus cream up to the ceiling... can't wait :-)

It's is a good game, and the visuals are very impressive, but it was massively over-rated.

I'm smiling because the men doing NOISY street construction work out in front of my house for the last week were just leering at me as I picked up my post and one of them tripped off the curb.

I was smiling because they've been leering all week and today one of them tripped. No, he didn't cause himself harm. Just looked foolish & hopefully will stop staring now and watch where he's going.

It's nice and sunny today, I have had quite a peaceful weekend. I could be doing with being out in the sun today, rather than going to work, but hard lard!! I am currently giggling away at my "bobfoam" stuff in general, which has amused me immensely. Easily pleased obviously :-) :-)
