Bit of a random topic, I guess, but I would like others' opinions....
Whilst out for my lunch, I decided to go to the park.... seeing as it is a cloudy, quite cold day, there weren't many people around, and I decided to go on the swings!! I switched on my radio and started swinging backwards and forwards .... all of a sudden, I heard honks of laughter, opened my eyes, and a small group of individuals were pointing at me and laughing (!!). I decided to carry on regardless, but it got me thinking - at what point is it no longer acceptable to do things we used to do as youngsters? Going on the swings? Playing mud-balls, etc., etc.?
It reminded of me of a recent conversation I had with quite an old lady at my local swimming pool, who was really angry because she could no longer "skip"!
Who makes these decisions? Should we care?
