Also honesty is good, if I don't enjoy something I say so then I don't end up resenting the guy I'm with and from there we can get better and enjoy it more.

Don't worry Charlalottie, a decent girl can certainly help, but what I meant was that men often build up their muscles at a gym, but forget about "Mr Wonderful".
One exercise they can do is when they go to the loo, to hold it for 10 seconds, and release it for 5, until they've finished.
And you are right, honesty is good.

quite true, I do my excercises regularly....no point wasting it and just letting it go anywhere....
