On that subject, there is currently a massive row between the council tax payers of Essex and the COunty Council, because the CC has decided to take on a PR person to run a campaign to change the popularly held stereotype of Essex. And they are offering a salary of £100K a year. Of our money. Personally, I'd rather everyone thoght we were all slappers and chavs and we got decent civic services!

Be careful when you step over Foots McDoodle, he has a tendency to reach up and tickle your goolies as you do so.

It's quite nice, but comes as a shock if you're not expecting it.

I agree, i'd rather be generalised as a chav because i'm from essex than spend that much trying to change when we all know that essex will always have that reputation associated with them.

The public loos there arn't too bad either from what i've seen. You can't knock a place that has decent conveniences.
