It is simple, I can never understand how people mess that up; you just copy the URL in the address bar of your browser and paste it into the textarea box where you write your message. The only thing that won't work for is if the request method is set to post, as opposed to get, but if you have followed a link to get there (which is likely in most cases), it won't be.
