Now that has made me chuckle in this rather serious thread, thank you foots! (Loving the signiture by the way - I so could have made one, I just didnt want to )

I used to think that one of blu-ray or hd-dvd would have to win just like vhs and betamax but there have been some good points raised - we dont really need individual mediums for each piece - downloads could be the way to go, I think that as long as there is technology there will always be 'the next best thing' or future ways to store data etc. We are never happy with what we've got (well I am - I mean the world generally)
