but here it is the chavs that are the main problem although I know a couple who are alright and don't cause any issues.

I joke that I live on the Chavlands border, because I live in a 'council house' on the edge of a big estate.

I agree, there are a lot of teens and 20 somethings that dress in a way that they could be generalised as chavs, but I know more people that dress in the same way that are basically good people.

If you go to my local shop there are often groups of (usually) teenagers hanging around, who are most likely to cause problems.

I have to agree Mark, and the originator of this thread was banned for expressing his views in an inciteful way - your racism there was expressed much more overtly than his was, and could be interpreted and considerabkly more inciteful. Incitement to cause racial hatred (meaning you don't merely hold racist opinions, you also try to popularise them and persuade others that they should agree) isn't just undesirable, it's a criminal offence, you really need to put the brakes on before you get yourself into massive bother.
