I download the whole shows and listen to them but i want to know how cut out the music in the shows because i cant really be bothered fast forwardin any more.

If you want an easy method, then download Audacity; it's a free and easy to use audio editing software. It will take a while doing it that way, but you will be able to do it. There is a far quicker method, but it'll take a little time to set up and won't be as straightforward to use.

If you're looking for an automatic way of cutting out music, then you're out of luck at the moment as artificial neural networks aren't currently up to the task of distinguishing between music being played to be heard as music and music being played behind speech or as an example.

Yes, some of the metaphysical imagery is really particularly effective, with some interesting rhythmic devices which seem to counterpoint the surrealism of the underlying metaphor of...whatever the poem is about.
