I'm not anti teenage sex boboff, goodness knows once I discovered it I had plenty of it. I'm anti choice. Theoretically no-one is being denied choice at the moment, but the choice is not realistically presented. I'm not sure that it can be now, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be looked at.

Sorry, I didn't mean "I'm anti choice". I meant I'm anti lack-of-choice! Or something. Sorry.

I'm anti-teenage sex. I didn't discover sex until I was almost 21.

The biggest problem with education today is the attitude of the parents and pupils, and the inability of teachers to actually provide a detterent to anti social/distruptive behaviour. Too many parents take the side of their child when they are in trouble at school, and then go to the school to shout at the head for having the audacity to chastise their child. I would of been scared of my dad finding out I was in trouble, and yes I would of got a smack/clip around the ear. Punishing bad behaviour with physical punishment flies in the face of modern, liberal thinking, but where has that got us? It's been roughly 25 years since the abolishment of the cane in schools, and I believe that there is a direct correlation between that, and the number of asbo chavs hanging around street corners. There needs to be 'The big Detterent' that is rarely used but, still used in the worst of circumstances. Kids can abuse weaker teachers, and generally destroy their careers, and the teacher has no action to take to stop it. School is one big lesson in 'life' and the message kids are taking away from school is that they can do what the hell they like, with no consequences.

oh man. when i saw your first post, i'll admit i felt a little weird. i don't know why, but anti-choice (which to me is different than pro-life) is such a hard philosophy for me to comprehend. it definitely doesn't seem to be in line with liberalism. (the political philosophy, not any one political party.)

forced sterilization? nice. another way the state can impinge the rights of man. not that some people aren't good candidates for it... my mom's a middle school teacher and every year she has at least one pregnant girl in her homeroom. these kids are 13! they learn it from their parents.

As typos go, that one made my blood run cold. And I agree about the pro life usage - I would say I am definitely pro-life,but I also recognise the importance of accessible abortion in certain circumstances. I don't think the law in this country has it quite right yet, but its better than some.

While I am joking with that idea, there is a small part of me that thinks that if it were enforced, it could work.

Trust me, when I take over it WILL work! - The population will probably halve over-night.

Notice, like any good politician, Andy B is saying "probably". There are no promises with this regime, oh no.
