Hmm, can't ban em cos they occur naturaly but I may be able to do something else.....

1)Ban all alcohol as it is the pathway to sin.
2)Invent some sort of pill that flushes all the alcohol by products out of your system while you sleep and tops you up with water, thus neutralising the effects.
3)Give out free alcohol to all thus everyone builds up such a tolerance to it that hangovers are no longer the problem.

Oh and I'm replacing Satan as well. Well re-branding him at any rate.

Does that mean that there will be a better, more expensively packaged "Tesco Finest Satan" too? If so, I think it's a bad idea.

I like Haggis too (which is a completely different statement from "I like haggis too"). It's low-carb all the way after Christmas for me and Mr Yudster.

I'll get busy on other posts also dont worry! Its hard to switch off from work sometimes!

With regards to andy and his calorie obsession.... your not reading what ive posted m8, losing bodyfat takes far more than simple maths. Human physiology isnt like an abacus!

Calories dont matter because our bodys hormones and endocrine systems dictate whether we gain or lose fat. Thats why men store fat in the abdominal region and women elsewhere. Thats why if you starve a ground squirrel (and other lab animals) when its supposed to be hibernating it gains fat regardless of the calories they consume, its pre-programmed to happen. The same can be said for us during the winter and summer months. When a woman is pregnant they will store more fat, again, regardless of the calories consumed.

The only reason im posting this stuff is for people to realise what it takes to lose weight......and staving yourself of calories and proper nutrition isnt the way. But everyone is entitled to speak their mind thats what forums are for!

I still don't get it.....

Starve a squirrel and it gets fat? Doesn't seem right.

It all makes perfect logical sense to me, less food + more excercise = less fat, it's logical and straightforward but since you're using phrases like "endocrine system" you're starting to delve into the realms of the unknown.

So I'll just put it down to witchcraft!

And good luck to those of you who are trying to lose weight for whatever reason.

We'd all have barcodes on us and as we enter shops and work we'd beep, and on train journeys we would have finest and economy instead of first class and standard. It's going to be a scary world.

Tis a cracking good read.

From what's been said in this thread though, I'm guessing it's not particularly good for you.........
