It's called Bubble Bobble!

There are many variations out there but the best is the origional

Cost me and my dad a fortune in the arcade and it's impossible to think about it and not have the theme music stuck in your head for the rest of the day!

I used to like the Dizzy games; used to have them on the Amiga, very fun.

Elite and Elite II, Elite frontier was just crap though, too realistic.

And while I'm on the topic, Chuckie Egg, Manic Miner, Exile, Golden Axe, Stargate.

True story, while I was at school some mates and I buggered around making games and such, mainly just for school use. One day we decided to make on using the schools new video camera and use static screen shots. I worked on it for a while then I left to go to a different college and I never thought much more of it.

Fast forward 9 years and I'm with my girlfriend of the time and I'm helping her clear some of her old stuff out and I find a copy of this game which she bought years ago. So not only did they release it but I never even got credited for it after spening months on the damn thing!

Bastard game companies!
