iPhone....I know it's crap and the camera's a bit useless but I had to have one.

Still keeping my old phone though

Let us know what you think of it after using it for a while - I don't know anyone that has one. Also, apparently you can't send multimedia messages on it? And I heard it didn't have a camera on it? Granted - you have one in front of you, so you may be more up to speed than me.

No MMS, but I rarely send them anyway. It does have a camera albeit only a 2MP one which is worse than my 3.2MP Sony Ericson I'm still using. It has no flash and it doesn't take video.

But then don't forget it's more of a music phone than a camera phone.

That said, it's got wi-fi & GPRS and on any contract you choose it gives you unlimited* data downloads so browsing the internet is pretty cool.

Way down deep in the middle of the Congo,
A hippo took an apricot, a guava and a mango
He stuck it with the others, and he danced a dainty tango.
The rhino said, “I know, we'll call it Um Bongo. “
Um Bongo, Um Bongo, They drink it in the Congo.
The python picked the passion fruit, the marmoset the mandarin.
The parrot painted packets that the whole caboodle landed in.
So when it comes to sun and fun and goodness in the jungle,
They all prefer the sunny funny one they call Um Bongo!

I'd prefer a K850i. But then I'm partial to Sony Ericssons.

I think there's talk that this year they will make the iPhone capable of MMS. At the moment they claim they want you to rely on the email as a way to send and receive picture messages. That said, when I send to my friend that has one, the "prompt" that they are to get saying they have a picture message waiting for them in their email does not work. So it's rather useless. However, the browsing is great. Everyone can send you things to your email address, Andy, and then you can just sign on throughout the day with your free internet browsing and see their pics that way. Not quite instant gratification but you said you don't do a lot of MMS anyhow.

I also rarely use the MMS feature on my phone (unless im pissed and bored and then start randomly sending picture messages to unfortunates...) but surely its a pretty basic feature?

is O2 opening up their unlimited downloads to other phones or is it only on iPhone?

I missed this.

You should be so lucky. Besides, Mrs Topher told me you really like that thing I taught her. You know, the one with the tongue?

I'm on my I phone in Mac D's at the monent. As far as I know it's only for iPhone customers as the bills are pretty steep but I don't care. It's awesome although I've now got a very greasy screen!

What's making me laugh is that he feels he needs to tell us he's drunk by typing "[/drink]" at the end of each post.

By virtue of the fact he is Scottish, he's drunk.

I'd like to make it clear that I know the shadowing occupations manager for StageCoach in the North of England. Not the whole country... that would be quite a boast. He used to have a moustache.

Oh, ok. Just making sure that nobody phoned the wrong Occupations Manager and thought I made stuff up to sound cool on the Internet... for it is cool.
