Ah, well it has to be said, I've never left a boyfriend at home when going out (for the night, or otherwise).

haha

Nice.

Mort did talk like that, for a while, when he (essentially) became Death. If memory serves, he was brought forth when the Wizards invoked the Rite of AshkEnte because he had become more like 'Death' than Death was.

Exactly Console! Although I could be Death or Mort, I'm not fussed either way. IT GIVES ME THE RIGHT TO SPEAK LIKE THIS!

Ahhhh, but the last I checked (and granted, i've not read the whole series) DEATH WAS STILL TALKING LIKE THIS. Mort wasn't.

Foot-loose - 87
S4B - 2

And Console, was it not the real Death that was brought forward and thats how the whole problem got solved? Whats his name - the servant guy... Albert. He went and kicked up a fuss at the University?

Very possibly actually, it's been a while since I read Mort. I seem to remember some sort of whirlpool-esque phenomenon happening around Mort when the Rite was being invoked, but it may have been unrelated, I can't remember without looking it up.

What are we talking about? I can't be bothered to read through the whole thread.

You might be right there - my memory fails me as well.
