Following on from a discussion on Edith Bowman's show yesterday afternoon, if you had to invite 3 "fantasy"/famous guests to a Xmas meal, who would you choose, and, if you like, why?

Viv, Topher & Console, oh the fun we would have correcting the spelling on the jokes in crackers, speaking Espidrill, and spending hours saying just is, isn't, is, isn't, is I said so so there, isn't etc

two roles really, the first is the "foil" for Viv's "is's" (isapess) and also the Espidril had your mark on it, it's your own language that you have written which functions in a much more logical way than English, and is derived from early latin, currently you are the only fluent speaker in the world.

Do you both like sprouts ?

Wouldn't it be more 'logical' for me to be speaking Lojban then?

I don't.

Nigella Lawson, Gordon Ramsay and Gary Rhodes; they're all cooks, they should be able to make a good meal.

I'd start with Matt Damon, have Jonny Wilkinson for main course and Hank Azaria for dessert.

No, scrap Matt Damon, I'd start with Jonny Wilkinson, have David Boreanaz for main course and Hank Azaria for dessert. There, thats a more balanced meal.

Fearne Cotton/Judy Reyes (Carla from Scrubs), both insanely hot, but I'd have to choose one. Then Frankie Boyle (funniest man alive) and Simon Neil from Biffy Clyro, nicest man alive and in the greatest band ever.

Gordon, Gary and Nigella may be somewhat perturbed being described as 'cooks'! Images of mushroom soup made by the gallon, served in piss smelling hospital wards...... 8O

As for my three, it would have to be John Sergeant for his anecdotes on war journalism. Jeremy Clarkson, another man who can tell a story in a great acerbic style, and be witty too. Finally Patsy Kensit, for pretty much the same reason as Moyles has her on the show-she is gorgeous and a bit wild!

Random, random, random!!

Due to my Whose Line Is It Anyway obsession at the moment, I'd have Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie and Wayne Brady round for christmas dinner :D

Chris Moyles for conversation

David Boreanaz for "afters"

Ainsley Harriott can't cook. And he is intensely annoying, I wouldn't let him anywhere near my kitchen.

I got Bones Season 2 DVDs for Christmas, so I'm enjoying large helpings of David Boreanaz every night at the moment.

Have either of you two seen any of season 3 yet? There's a bit in episode 9 (the Christmas episode) that you both may like.

I remember Ainsley Harriott's appearance in Red Dwarf, when he was still trying to be an actor, before he started pretending to be a chef. Does that make me a geek?

Is that the series that's on Sky at the minute? Which bit?

No, what could make you a geek is knowing that he played the 'GELF' tribe leader and that the episode was the fourth of series 6, and that it was called 'Emohawk - Polymorph 2'.

I knew the GELF, and the name of the episode - not the series/episode number. So I'm just a ge.
