Seen one, seen em all - strangely really, considering the premise of the show is improvisation, you'd think each show would be unique, but they are all pretty much the same in reality.

The games are the same but the speed that the comedians come out with the gags is where I find it comical.

Having recently seen more of the British ones on Dave, I'm beginning to think that the American ones are better. Basically - Colin Mochorie and Wayne Brady are cracking. The hosts on both shows are appalling and Drew should never have been allowed out his seat.

Drew Carey just seems really arrogant to me, and I hate it when he gets up at the end.
I think Ryan Stiles is the best one on there.
I love the 'voice dub' games, although they don't seem to do them anymore.

Isn't there a lot of overlap with contestants on the UK and American versions anyway? So the only real difference is the host (I don't know about Drew Carey, but Clive Anderson is a twat)?

What about Tony Slattery, Josie Lawrence, Caroline Quentin, Rory Bremner?

That sad, I think the yanks are funnier. I really like Greg Proops and Ryan stiles. I think Colin Mochrie is rubbish at it, and that other British bloke, Steve something, is awful too. I saw one on Dave with Eddie Izzard on it last nite which surprised me, I didn't realise he'd ever done it. The game I like best is 'party quirks' and I also like the superhero one.

Eddie Izzard, you're kidding me? That would have been great to watch.

I like the game with the objects or the one where they can only talk in questions.

I didn't know they did the American version. I'm pretty sure Tony Slattery never has.

See, I thought he had but my memory may be deceiving me. I'll have to look it up.

i have to say that its one of the best shows on telly, did you know that dan patterson is also behind mock the week hence the similaritys in the programs.

well also i think the british versions are the best as there is more freedom and you get more games but i bloody hate rich vranch on the piano i think laura hall is better. and my fav game hmmmm got to be hoe down as ryan hates it and colin just cant do it ( look at the english versions)

also alot of comedians got there break on the programe

Whose Line is it is shown on Five US. The US version was filmed in 2005. Even though it has the annoying american accent it has the regulars. The host is Drew Carey. Ryan and Colin still star. Did you just see it on UKTV Gold?

I think the best game is the one where one has to be sitting, one has to be laying down and one has to be standing. I couldn't stop laughing when Ryan Stiles, Colin Mocherie and Tony Slattery done it, and pretended they were at the beach. I think its the only time Tony Slattery has been funny....
