Be careful Scamp, if you're back you play nicely! No stupid pranks, attempts at sympathy or multiple personalities!

Also Cat is really ill and in hospital at the minute (yes, really, not pretending as you did) so a little sympathy would be nice!

What on earth makes you think I was pretending?

Honset to god now...

The meal made by Ramsay and Moyles was pretty tasty, and can be cooked an hour you know! (Scallops ,steak and choc mousse) The C4 website has further details i believe.

Charlalottie, it sounds like you want to learn to be a skivvy. Don't set a precedent.

That's fair enough, but don't set a precedent.

I'll find you a few and send them over. Spag Bol is the easiest thing in the world so that will be a good place to start from the basic recipe you can adapt it to many different dishes.

Tex-Mex? I love it and it's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant in this country so I always have to cook it myself. I love it!

Charla, learn to cook. It's a necessity, a skill and an art combined. You don't have to do pasta when you cook Italian. A lot of the northern Italian meals aren't just pasta. Go on foodnetwork.com for basic recipes. They're a good resource.

Andy, I realize how lucky I am -- never a lack of great Mexican food here!

Ye think? I thought he seemed pretty relaxed. The programme was worth a watch, Moyles was comedy.

The only thing I would say is that the whole point of the thing seemed to be to encourage people to cook and how straight forward it was to make stuff. If I had never cooked anything before, I would think Id have been put off by watching that show since Ramsay seemed to be going at a hundred miles an hour. I appreciate they had to get a lot into an hour, but if they slowed it all down and relaxed a bit, then Id have thought it would encourage more folk to do it?

I can hence vouch that he was going at 100 miles an hour!
