I forgot who it was exactly who admitted that on air (sorry to whichever one didnt) but has anyone got the sound clip where they admitted it? It was in the last year or so but I tried searching the site and couldnt find it

It was Carrie, but I don't think it's been clipped. If you happen to come by the date of the show it can be clipped, though.

Well, you could look through the 'Running Order' pages on the CM Minisite, but they don't usually have the info needed, so it comes down to people remembering, which as it was such a long time ago, is a bit unlikely.

I think it was covered off in a facts game on a podcast, maybe one of the fill in podcasts when the team was on holiday
