Lottie, that's a fun site for all sorts of things. I'm certain you can look for something on there. They always have the hottest, hippest, newest items for everything!

Make sure, also, if you do an exercise bike or a stair stepper or something that works your leg muscles like that that you also cross train because when women train their thighs like that we can end up with "thunder thighs" - that's why walking, running and swimming are such good exercises because you're not just working those thigh muscles.

I like swimming but it's abit expensive and the swimming baths aren't really that local, there is a rugby pitch just across the road from me and i'm going to start running around that tomorrow.

Actually she was really nice and friendly. She represented the Phillipine Islands in the miss world tournament a few years back. Yes the proper one. She didn't win or anything though so she's nothing special. Looks a bit like Tia Carrera from Waynes World. I think I may even have a picture of her in a Lycra swimsuit somewhere. Taken by me with her knowledge I might add!
