This applies to you as well.

dime wrote:I remember seeing Sixth Sense and it wasn't until just before the end credits started rolling that the penny dropped and I understood what was going on! The good thing about that was that when it was shown on TV it was like watching a completely different film as I knew what was going on and it made a bit more sense!

That was the whole point of The 6th Sense... ya tit.

For some reason, I thought that Dime was SAV1OUR (or whatever his user name is this week) so apologies for abusing a newbie etc etc... althought the "ya tit" comment still applies.

Making me laugh like a nutter today is Ghostpirates/Spacebusters. Genius.

Making me smile is that my daughter's last ever school production which I went to see last night was absolutely awesome and it's not even a show I like.

I'm glad :-) What's making me smile = the fact I have been invited to see Cloverfield later, and someone else is paying for it too. Wey hey!!

The ending of 6th sense is like the ending to Usual Suspects and the Plot twist in Fight Club, neither of which Ezza has seen so I've told her to download them (legally) and watch them on pain of pain.

It's like the ending of the second Care Bears movie too - I mean, who would have thought that both the Care Bears and Care Bear Cousins would have used the Care Bear Stare to defeat the enemy - no-one would have seen it coming.

I don't remember Fight Club that well and I certainly don't remember the twist.

However, Usual Suspects is worth buying.. I wouldn't even wait for it to reach the sales to be honest, just buy it, it's worth it. I may have mentioned I quite like this film once or twice before.

Usual Suspects is a fantastic film. If I had a top five list, it would be up there with The Shawshank Redemption. As for the twist in Fight Club, it's that Norton's and Pitt's characters were different aspects of one and the same person.

Ah yeah, I do vaguely remember that now.

I'd have Shawshank up there too, but I think I've mentioned that one a few times as well.

The Shawshank Redemption is a great film, but it has also become the film that people always mention whenever anyone asks about favourite films, because everyone knows it's cool to say you liked it. So if you really did like it, you have a choice - pretend you didn't and don't mention it, or say you did and risk everyone thinking "yeah yeah, he hasn't actually seen it".

For me it was one of those films that I appreciated was good - but I really couldn't say I liked it, and I wouldn'tbother to watch again.

I've seen it so many times that I can quote large parts of it. I absolutely love the film, and it probably is the film that I would call my favourite.

My situation is the same as Console's.

I saw an automobile once when I was a kid but now they're everywhere. The world went and got itself in a big damn hurry.

Somehow even though our boiler is completely knackered, I am now able to have a hot shower :D its the simple things that make me smile the most.

Apology accepted and comment is accepted as well!!!

Because I'm so rubbish at getting some things like this it means I get extra value out of my DVD collection as I can watch things over and over again and finally one day I will 'get' something in a film or show that I hadn't gotten before!

I watched The Da Vinci code for a second time the other night and was surprised when I noticed a theme running through it that I had missed both the first time I watched it and when I read it.

You couldn't just tell us the theme outright could you? You had to wait for someone to ask what it was?

Today I am beaming because at 18.47 this evening I became an uncle to this little 5lbs 5oz boy called Joel.

I am slightly annoyed that I pick the worst pissing times to get a cold and although that normally doesn't bother me, I can't see my new nephew until I shift it.
