So what is your TV Heaven / TV Hell at the moment?

Heaven - I'm really enjoying the Bottom season they're having on Dave at the moment. Yea, its old now and i've seen them all loads of times, but its nice, simple, crude humour and great to just turn off and laugh too, especially the 'Live ones.' Also, Eddie Hitler reminds me of my best mate...

Hell - One Tree Hill. Its supposed to be this 'reality soap' about this girl who gets her dream job working for Teen Vouge magazine, but at the very beginning of each show it say's 'Some events in the programme are constructed for entertainment purposes... In ever words ITS FAKE. It makes you wanna batter the spoilt little brats who want these big high paid jobs but can't be trusted to wipe their own arses themselves round the head with a large rabid mammal.

TV heaven = damages (Monday, BBC 1, 10:35 pm) - I love it, absolutely love it. :-)

TV hell = Dancing On Ice ... yet more "reality TV crap".

At the moment my TV heaven is probably the two new CSI series being shown on 5.

And my hell at the moment is the lack of new Top Gear!

Yep, that's another one. I like CSI NY the best though. It was great on Saturday. :-)

Yeah, I'm just wondering how long they are gonna spin out the whole "333" thing.

Both are crap anyway ;)

What do you think this 333 thing means anyway? Is it a code of some kind? Or did he do something at 03:33 hours, or what?

Ok, no-one's mentioned anything I watch yet - probably because I watch the News, Grand Designs, repeats of The Blue Planet and Friends - and only ever for ten minutes at a time.

Actually in truth my TV heaven at the moment it the 6 Nations coverage, I absolutely love it. And my TV hell is the same thing, given how it's currently going. I still love it though.

Hmm, dunno. I expect it'll end up someone he's caught in the past has probably been released or something and is after revenge. But i reckon they'll let it drag to the end of the current series and do some kind of cliff hanger.

Yeh, the 333 could be a prison number for an ex-con, or something.

I do like Friends aswell. Though i do make a point of watching Fresh Prince every evening.

My TV heaven yesterday was between 13:30 and 18:00 on Sky Sports 1, especially when Man City won 2-1.

One of the big BBC David Attenborough series, the one about the world's oceans.

Actually there's a new one started this week, Life In Cold Blood - about reptiles and amphibians. I caught about 15 minutes of the first one (which is par for the course for me) and it looked great.

Heaven: I suppose this'll have to be Lost, there are other good shows on at the moment, but this is the one I'm most excited about.

Hell: I don't know, I tend not to watch shows that I don't like.

why people get excited over "lost" I can't imagine. The first and last one I ever saw was the very beginning where there was a plane crash, a woman sat near the plane painting her toenails (just what you would do after a crash? ).. it was all downhill after this really.

Lost is a very clever show, which is why I like it, and it's fun to try and figure out all of the answers to the questions that are posed by the show.

Oh, and the person painting her toenails was a particularly shallow person, who believed that they were going to be rescued soon (a not unreasonable belief). What would you be doing if you survived a plane crash onto a remote island?

er... I'm not being funny or anything, but I wouldn't be sitting painting toenails? I'd probably be in deep shock. I prefer TV to be based on some kind of actual reality.

I'm not sure what I would be doing - but I am sure that painting my toenails wouldn't make the top 500 options.

David Attenborough alone is worth the license fee. I've seen a little of this, the one I saw was about whales (possibly grey) migrating with their young, but the killer whales stalk and try to hunt their babies. My mum couldn't watch because the baby was eaten in the end, and died for just a small piece of it.

That sounds good. I do mean to get the Blue Planet, as well as Planet Earth on DVD at some point.

Why can't you be painting your toenails (which would probably be a normal thing to Shannon) when you're in shock?

Exactly, I think somehow you would be beyond shallow.. more probably, certifiable.
