Surely it's an inaccurate English translation of "the noo"?

But surely the most lazy - I mean efficient - way of saying "at this current moment in time" would not be "the now", it would be simply "now"? Which would have the added bonus of being grammatically correct too, if such things are important to you.

f*ck sake.

Does it matter?

Silly wummin.

*clears throat*

Personally, my hypothesis would state that if you deconstructed my original sentence, it would probably be literally translated as 'happening in the moment'. If you assume that there are three aspects of time: the past, the present (now) and the future, then in my opinion, to say that something is happening in the now is a perfectly good description of when it is taking place.

Ergo, "meh - i'll argue it tomorrow, cant be arsed the now." makes perfect sense.

It makes perfect sense but it's still grammatically incorrect. And what's with all this

I'm currently not loving everyone like Idid last month. I don't hate anyone but I'm not singing from the rooftops and about to take a deep interest in musical theatre as I sounded in January!

I love Console for saying that (St.) Valentine's Day isn't a "shitty" "American" holiday perpetuated solely by Americans to sell "American crap"
