Vivienne wrote:Was Sharon O "drunk" at the Brits last night, because she seemed to be getting louder & louder? I enjoyed the Brits, especially young Kylie's performance (WOW indeed!! - well done!)... love her new perfume too! :-)

Dont know, but why did she keep getting changed? What was it, 3 times she changed???
Personall i dont like Kylie's new song but she is still a good entertainer.

Women do that, Wurzel.. change dresses at important events!! She kept calling someone towards the end a "piss head", and seemed a bit "out of it"... I felt quite embarassed for her.

Oh, it's far from a myth - don't you remember when Noel's House Party had a smello-vision night?

She got absolutely incandescent with rage at Viv Reeves who came on stage to present an award so drunk he was incapable of speech, let alone anything else - and repeatedly tried to physically push him off the stage and told him to "piss off you pisshead you drunken bastard" and other choice phrases. However I think her behaviour was fuelled by rage rather than alcohol.

I thought Sharon and Ozzie were pretty pants actually, Ozzie especially - Kelly and Jack were pretty good, but four presenters? I'd really rather just have Jonathan Ross to be honest, best awards show presenter ever.

That was Vic Reeves and i cant blame her. He was a disgrace. He knew he would be presenting an award so why did he get so trolleyed he didnt know where he was or what hewas doing?!

It may have been rage, yuds, but her eyes seemed slight glazed (although she could have just been getting tired).

Jonathan Ross should be automatically pencilled in for every televised awards show on the calendar. He is a genius at that sort of thing.

I wonder what would have happened if Ozzy had been left on his own to present.

Hmm, a 'Freudian slip' or just a typo - you decide...

I can just imagine that now....it would be very funny but for all the wrong reasons....Ozzy's a funny man and he knows how to play up but he wouldn't have much of a clue what was going on.

Oooer - I hope it was a typo, Viv isn't that bad by a long way!

I thought it was quite amusing when Ozzy introduced Paul at the end to early.... the only realy thing Ozzy had to say and he was "Premature" as Jack put it!

I could imagin Sharon wa getting a bit stressed out at this point......

I find it interesting that last week you said you can love someone you have never met. I agree with you on the hating thing. In my book, they are similar things.

And yet he admits he doesn't write his jokes?

If trained monkeys could speak, they could do his job.

Personally, I see him as an overpaid tosser.

I don't like Jonathan Ross either... he's really quite cheeky on his R2 show as well.

The scripted stuff he does is only as funny as the writer and the delivery (which is brilliant). But the best thing about Jonathan Ross is the stuff he comes out with that isn't in the script. He's the best ad-libber in the business bar none.

Agreed. That programme was at its peak when you had David Gower, Ross, Gary Linekar and Rory McGrath.

Shame it went down the pan
