How many of you use these Sites? Do you like them?

I heard on Newsbeat that Bebo, for example, have had an 8% fall in people logging on to the Site.

One theory for this is that these type of Sites are becoming so big that they are no longer considered cool, and people are starting to look elsewhere.

I've never had any interest in them and am not registered with any. This place provides me with all the social networking I can stomach!

The other thing I would never do is register for Friends Reunited or anything like that. I can't put my schooldays - and the people who populated them - far enough behind me thanks.

I'm registered with Friends Reunited, but it does seem to consist of people boasting about how well they have done since their school days, etc. They've even got a Message Board round there, but I totally don't do it.

I'm on Facebook and Bebo, but hardly ever go on my bebo any more.

I have no interest in them either, although I am technically joined up to both MySpace and Facebook. I joined MySpace to set up a page as part of a online data-mining exercise (a sort of treasure hunt), and I joined Facebook because Aled wanted to show me a feature on there, although I forget what it was now.

anyhow, back to SNSs... Some random person invited me to Bebo, and so I joined. I pm'd the person to find out how he had got my name, but couldn't get an answer! All very odd.

I use Facebook but only really so we can all share our photos from our nights out... and i have got in contact with some old school friends, but thats it really

I use Facebook, I like staying in touch with all my mates that way. I do have myspace but don't use it. Did sign up to Friends United and got back in touch with some people I really missed.

I think I signed up to MySpace when Gaspode and I were taking the piss out of Charlalottie's friends.

I have got a Facebook login.. the site itself isn't great, but some of the applications are OK (Scrabulous and Chess mainly.. which I know you can play online at other sites, but I have also met up with one or two schoolmates since signing up.) I originally signed up because one of my former colleagues went back to South Africa and rather than email photos, she tends to stick them online.

I think if I didnt have Facebook I'd miss out of a lot of stuff that my friends are doing and probably end up 'out of the loop'. Sad as it may seem, its a bit of a necessity if you dont want to be left out of things.

i sort of abandoned myspace, but i use facebook to keep in contact with my classmates around the country, and to spy on my employees. they seem to like it though.

I'm on facebook and myspace, but I don't use myspace much anymore. I like it better cos you can use html to make your page look all nice and fancy, but all my real-life friends are on facebook so I pretty much moved across to that. A lot of the people I know thru US message boards are still on myspace tho. I think they don't trust facebook cos you have to give your real name.

Yeah, you can pretty much make your MySpace page look however you want and consequently, everyone's MySpace page looks like a barrel of shit.

I was really into Facebook but my interest has got less and less over the last few weeks, Facebook has it's place like everything else on the web seems to have but some Apps are more addictive than others like Scrabulous (Tropher we must play a game sometime)

Just as a sideline I have just looked for a word on Wikipedia and had a bit of a click around and ended up looking at Fictitious which led onto april fools - Well-known pranks and the San Serriffe joke which lands me into the cuisine of the San Serriffe nation and the bitter-sweet delacasy swarfega if you look at the article on swarfega it is actually quite a funny one in particular the ingredients it is made up of!

The effectiveness of Swarfega is due to its highly concentrated mix of Wilkinson's own brand shower gel, Persil Biological and freshly collected frogspawn

and only so i can speak to my mates more
