I would have to say that out of all the gigs (and concerts) i've been to... i cannot narrow 1 down to an all time favourite. Here's my top 5 because bands/artists that are amazing live:

5) Meat Loaf
4) The Hives
3) Muse
2) Blink 182 (I would have put them as Number 1 as they're my favourite band but P!nk is an amazing performer.)
1) P!nk

Other artists i've seen:
Chris de Burgh (randomly when I was 8 - thanks mum), My Chemical Romance, The Darkness, The Used, Taking Back Sunday.

Other artists, off the top of my head, that I believe would be just as good (but as I have never seen them live I cannot count them):
Queen, Rolling Stones, Arctic Monkeys, Greenday, Johnny Cash, Kaiser Chiefs, The Flying Pickets, David Bowie, Cher, Tina Turner, Pet Shop Boys, REM, The Eurhythmics.
I'm sure there are tons more - but i can't think right now.

Soon to see:
FOO FIGHTERS!!! (woop!)

rustybike, I can't believe you saw Chris de Burgh and didn't take the opportunity to assasinate him! And before you say it, being 8 years old at the time is no excuse!

The "Lady In Red" tune was always beautiful. :-)

I have hated that song ever since I realised it was written about his supposedly beloved wife - and all the while he was shagging the nanny. I don't find it remotely beautiful.

They're amazing.

Tom Delonge is one of the people on "the list" of people (if anyone has ever seen that episode of Friends) i could leave Mrs Rustybike for. Some of the others being: P!nk, Clea DuVall and Katherine Moennig.

Anyone else have "the list"?

Well if it helps, it wasn't out of choice that I went to see him. Mum thought it would be to bring me to a big persons concert for my birthday, i was in a booth at the Royal Albert Hall... if it also helps, i fell asleep.

We have a list - there is only one woman in amongst the men for me though, and that's Demi Moore. For her, I would.

Hmm.. my all-time best was Green Day at Milton Keynes in June 2005. I'm gutted I didn't go both days.

In no particular order, my favourites would have to be REM, Muse, The Feeling, We Are Scientists, Kaiser Chiefs, Green Day. My absolute favourite is Green Day, but I can't decide on the rest.

I've also seen (some as support acts) Faithless, Kosheen, Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World, My Chemical Romance, Chilis, James Brown (who randomly supported the Chilis), Robbie (I was dragged..), Basement Jaxx (who are one of the few support acts I've seen get the entire crowd going very well), Orson, Eminem.. there are more, but I can't really think.

I'd like to see Arctic Monkeys, Feeder, Pink, Queen (not the same without Freddie, but still one I'd like to go to), KT Tunstall, a few of the ones that I've already seen again.. there are loads more though.

Blimey! That is one big gig list... you have been very lucky to see all of those fine acts. How, may I ask, have you been able to see all of those? Especially as I can see at least 6 acts that sell out within seconds.

No, same tour though.. Mrs Topher got tickets for Leeds and tickets for Wembley, but she took me to the Leeds one. When the Wembley dates were moved to Milton Keynes, Mrs Topher ended up going four of the five dates.

She's quite a big fan.

I saw Cliff Richard once. And Rolf Harris. (not at the same time, that would have been too much excitment to handle!)

I don't tell that many people that.

I don't think Mould Lookin' Stain were on that long, but they were very funny.
