Annoying me today is something really quite serious. I have to hand deliver something to a company, and when I did Agency work in the past, the boss of said Company physically threw me out the building, which leaves me in a bit of an awkward position today. Hmm. At least the sun is shining.

Well rusty, he was basically an arrogant, cheeky pig, so I told him to his face he was an "arrogant, cheeky pig", then he just pointed to the door, and said, "OUT!!" in a very loud voice. Maybe I may get lucky today, and just have to deal with the Receptionist.

Why do you have to hand deliver as opposed to post? And if you really do have to hand deliver it, as you say, just hand it to the receptionist. Or put it through the letterbox.

What an arse... although it's true what they say; "the truth hurts"... and although you got kicked out, i bet it still made you feel good saying that. I always enjoy being mean and rather smart-arse like to arrogant and stupid people.

annoying me today is that one of my friends is not responding to my emails again and i think she might be mad at me. this makes me really sad, as we were really close and now i feel like a loser.

Annoying me today is a neighbor of a house I own and let out who wanted to sort our boundary out, I own the hedge, and he said he wanted to make it so his dog couldn't get out, I said I would pay for the plants if he sorted it out, I got a bill for 25 plants about £100, and when I went to look at it he had only used 16, not banked the slope in properly and had planted them about 3 inches apart, so by the end of the summer half of them will be overcrowded and dead. After 30 minutes explaining all this too him on the phone, he said I had to speak to his wife, I said I wasn't going to and he got in a strop and put the phone down. He accused me of worming out of our agreement, but I said what he had done was not reasonable, and instead of buying 25 little plants for £3 or £4 the 6 ft of hedge would have been better planted with 4 or 5 bigger £10 plants, I am no expert, but this guys 50 and should know better. My god, they are far too long, his voice gets on my tits, and if his head gets any further up Fearne and Raggies arse they'll have to call in a search team to find him.

They have actually put me off ever listening/watching that show. If it's anything like the adverts, i will want to ram a tent spike through his head after 3 minutes!

It makes me wonder what is happening to Radio 1 - Dick and Dom, 'Grimmy', Fearne and Reggie and Kelly Osbourne. They all make for cringeworthy listening and are generally unfunny and childish. It makes me sad that they demoted Vernon Kaye to only one weekend shift. He was far less shit than Dick and Bigger Dick.

i used to love heaps of DJs, now they only ones I listen to out of choice are Chris Moyles (obviously) and Colin Murray, and there's many I don't mind. But alot of that new lineup makes me want to do a double Van Gogh.

I totally agree with this.
It makes me feel out of Radio 1's target audience - and I shouldn't be because i'm still 19. Are they going for childish humor or am I just getting older and more picky more quickly?

Yeah. I really like Vernon Kay. I think he is a great DJ, especially for the slot he does, i would imagine that he gets almost as many listeners as Moyles does. (He might get more, i dont know, i dint pay attention to the figures). He is my ideal choice to fill in for Edith when she goes on Maternity Leave.

It's 3:00am and I can't sleep. I have to spend the night with my family and it's going to be terrible. I'm also worried about work and stuff. It's a three day weekend as well, and I'm too consumed with anxiety and worry. BAH!

I sent two files yesterday, both Vector based PDF's, one was an advert to a local newspaper, one was to a plastic printing company.
The newspaper sgot back to me and said that they gave me the wrong measurments and they were gonna squash it to make it fit. They couldn't change it because it was a PDF. Well, WHY couldn't they do it? If they knew any thing about the programs they used at all they would know they could import the vector PDF into a vector based program (like illustrator) and easily ammend it that way...

The Printing place got back to me and asked me to re-send them the file as a jpg because they can't work with pdf's...
AGAIN, what kind of bloody image handling company wouldn't think about opening a PDF into photoshop and re-saving it as a jpg??????

Zoot I know what you mean, when I had a job a sent some Artwork to the printer with great big arrows etc saying what colour paper it had to be ( it was a Sepia based label for retro jam) it took them 3 weeks to print, the proof I approved, and then when it arrived, they printed in on White !!!!!

The other one I had was one where a printer sent me Artwork for a 4 page booklet, swingtag thing, I approved it, but when it arrived the pages inside when folded were upside down ! The guy tried to say it was my fault, now given the proof is flat and seperated how the hell would I have known ? But it went through 5 of his staff and him and no one queries why the inside was printed upside down, also all 30,000 tickets had been strung with elastic by hand at my bloody expense!!!!

Still life at home ! I just made apple, orange and grapefruit smoothy with Cloudy lemonade ! Lush !
