That should have obviously read rename their stadium the Lack of Pride Park.......stupid preview button next to the submit button....how am I supposed to tell the difference.......

On a different note...we could go 1pt behind 5th spot with 4 games left today...Newcastle not won back to back away games in over 2 years so it looks good for us.

What a piece of crap! - David James is the only reason we ddn't lose that match, no passion, no energy, no desire, no effort, no shots on target but a bunch of balls that went out of the stadium....

Rubbish! - Sod it I'm going to Wembley anyway!

David James is my keeper in my fantasy team. He has been brilliant for me this season.

I made the mistake of trying to drive across a roundabout on Watling Street at 2.30 this afternoon prior to a Dons home game.

That is the extent of my football comments today.

so just like the chelsea fans who only started supporting chelsea when a certain russian took the club over.

Or like the Chelsea fans who started supporting them at about 1994/1995?

How many Liverpool games you been to this season, by chance?

Also, condolences to Yuds after Colchester Utd got relegated last night. Was always coming but its never nice. Hopefully youll be back in the championship in 2 years! (Just not with us after we get to, and stay in the Prem:) )

Making me smile is remembering the post-match interviews after the Man U/Arsenal game yesterday - Arsehole Wanker making his usual tit of himself, and Emanuel Adebayor, who is unusually articulate and apparently intelligent for a footballer talking about his "goal" - "When ah scored ma goal - weez ma 'ead......"!When will footballers learn that they film the damn game, we can all clearly see that he handled it into the net, I don't think it even touched his "'ead"! Can't blame the ref for that one though, he couldn't possibly have seen it from where he was.

And then after Arsehole's whiney self-pity fest, Fergie being deliberately generous to Arsenal, making a point of saying how unlucky they were not to get anything from the game, and they were the better team in the first half - how nice to be able to afford such generosity of spirit!

I originally was going to put this in "whats making you smile" but thought it was probably best off in here really.

It's more than possible, Everton have got Chelsea and Arsenal to come and they'll do well to get maximum points out of those and they're only 4 points ahead of pompey. I'd laugh. Oh how I'd laugh.

I have just had the best conversation with an ARSEnal fan.

He just said manu wouldnt be top of the league if they didnt have ronaldo, i said that this was a fair point, ronaldo has won a lot of games this season as he is the best player in the world right now.

But when i pointed out that if ARSEnal didnt have Fabregas or Adebayor they would probably be further down the table than manu he got mardy, saying that ARSEnal are the best team in the league.

He got even grumpier when i pointed out that the best team in the league are normally top and can beat the top teams.

Nonono, don't be silly. The only reason Arsenal aren't top of the league, winning the Champions League and generally sweeping all before them is because all the referees are conspiring against them.

Sulking is the default setting for Arsenal fans though. Options include Blaming The Referee, Blaming The FA, Blaming The Opposing Team's Manager - the one that always seems to be missing is Taking Responsibility. They won't ever change.

Whoa whoa whoa there Yuds.... aren't you a Manc by marriage? And you are saying Wenger is a moaner? Fergie invented it in football for chuff's sake.

At least since Jose left Chelsea you dont get as much of that from them. Avram Grant doesn't seem to want to encourage a culture of Prima-Donnas in the same way Mourinho (or however you spell it) did.

People say that, but even in my neutral days I can't say I ever really saw it. Still, I may be a Manc by marriage but in true football terms I am still in mourning for the relegation of my real team, so leave me alone!

You never noticed the old sot moaning? Bloody hell Yuds, this is the man who said that opposition sides walked away from Anfield "choking on their own vomit" after they got beat there once (going back a bit, I know!). Dalglish retorted by suggesting they interview his daughter (then about 2 or something) saying they'd get more sense out of her.

Hopefully we'll be swapping places with you next season Yuddy. Although if Forest and Leeds stay in the play off positions, I wont fancy our chances much.

Oh I'm not saying he didn't, just that it pretty much passed me by! United have always been my favourite first division/Premiership side for a variety of reasons, but never to the extent that I could call myself a proper supporter. I obviously take a stronger stand these days because of Mr Yudster, but the bottom line still is that I am a Colchester United supporter. Unfortunately!

Ah good old Brighton. Popped down there a few seasons back to see em play Kidderminster. They wouldn't let me in (some silly rule about not selling tickets on the day) so me and some friends went round to that hill at the back and sat in trees to watch it. Quite good fun.

Ahhh Brighton & Hove Albion. Such, well, not so fond memories of them! Cardiff - Millenium Stadium + Leon Knight x Danny Coles swinger + Chris Iwelumo = Heartbreak, still, look where we are now :).

On to the mighty City on the weekend, well, i really hope none of you lot are going to watch us live on Sky Sports this Saturday evening away at Stoke! Couldnt create anything in the final 3rd, but the defence and defening was great! MUST WIN at Stoke next week. Look out for my flag people :D
