Hello there people, my names gavin, from lancashire, listened to chris for couple of years now, thought i would sign up and get to chat to all you lovely peeople.

Was reading the site got hacked the other day! Some people! but there is a lot of secruity issuses for java at the moment, my advice is to keep you anti-virus up to date.

One last thing, please be nice, im new to the forum world, thats why it took so long for me to type this post from when i joined

There used to be a java client for the old IRC chatroom, but the new one only has a Flash (unless you include the non-working Javascript/AJAX client).

I can't see either Javascript or Java mentioned on that page. It sounds like it's an exploit in IE.

Hello Gavin - welcome. I know nothing about Java except it's a type of coffee and as I don't drink coffe I know nothing about that either.

I'm guessing Javascript must be some sort of coffe based play or film?

I live opposite a school for kids with special needs. Theres a sign outside of it that reads 'Slow Children.' Is it just me or is that slightly condersending ?
