I think this 'iain_smith' is being a retard on purpose. Why would he fix his Caps Lock problem for one word in the title?

I'd actually quite like Zane to win everything that he has been nominated for. I hope all the Radio 1 nominees win their awards - with particular hopes for the Moyles show of course.

WHat I meant was I hope Zane doesnt win an award in a category that Chris is also nominated in,if there is any.I mean give the guy a chance!

Chris is only nominated in the Breakfast Show category. Unless Zane is moonlighting, I don't see how they can be competing directly.

He did a great job of winding people up on Unnoficial Mills, hence why he was banned.

No mention of Johnny Vaughan this time, only the double act he said he'd chop his thumbs off if they won.

Slagged off the ceremony coz it was boring, parents gave a little speech congratulating him, asked for a payrise - usual stuff really.

Well deserved, congratulations to everyone. I'm sure as an Official Fan, the congratulations from myself and others on here will make a huge difference to how they feel.

Zane didn't win anything, which I found slightly surprising, though I'd not heard the shows he was up against.

It's about time I reckon. I can't imagine what the Sony judges have been listening to for the last few years for this to be his first award - has he even been nominated in the Breakfast Show category before? Ludicrous if not.

Carrie and Aled both sound really bad this morning. Everyone else sounds surprisingly fine!

I thought he won the Gold in another category a couple of years ago?

Edit: Yep, the Entertainment Award in 2006.

You're right though, they should really have a nomination in the Breakfast category every year (and the entertainment category to be fair.)
