I say don't ban him. I love the fact he seems to have rhino skin, as he never bites back to the slagging off he gets! He ploughs on regardless. It's hilarious that some people get so wound up about him-thats what make his posts 'funny'.

This is so, so true. It IS what makes it so funny. It's almost as if he's got some software that interprets his spoken words into the written format and that he can't actually read what we've all written about him. He plows on regardless. That thick skinned behavioUr is hard to come by. Alternatively, maybe the following applies to his concern over our opinions?

Has everyone forgotten that he's an irritating, lying, tit? He makes stuff up. He posts drivel about which I'd be shocked if anyone cared. Most importantly though this is a Chris Moyles Fan site and from the looks of some of his posts he isn't even a fan! While his posts to a certain degree are informative (and I use that word in the broadest sense possible) he contributes nothing to the Forum.

At least with almost everyone else here they bring personality to the forum, they would be missed if they were gone and most importantly of all they talk about Chris Moyles and the show. It's been stated several
times that this site is very much like the show in that it's not all nicey nicey and that it takes a while to he used to. How long do you think he would last were he a caller on the show? Chris put's the phone down on celebreties when they become dull let alone complete strangers!

I realise that he's not broken any rules but he contributes nothing, he just posts his own thing and then doesn't interact with anyone. Once again he's on a Chris Moyles forum and he doesn't even like Chris Moyles. This isn't the UN we don't have to be nice to people.

I don't think people should get too hung up on "the rules", one states that the board should be a harmonious place - so if a rogue element is creating disharmony amongst the majority then that in itself is enough of a reason to restrict that person from posting. It doesn't make the board a clique any more than removing people who choose to write in text language does. It's your task to decide if that's the case.

Incidentally you are free and able to change your votes up until the deadline, I purposely set the poll up this way in case some of what you read swayed you one way or the other.

Foots - what you're saying has nothing to do with my rule, Topher gets it I think. I mean if people are going to be apathetic enough not to vote AT ALL and then bitch and whine about why they don't like whoever wins, they have no right to get on at them because they made no attempt to change it.

Topher, I can see your point about supporting no-one, however as we live with a First-Past-The-Post system, tactical voting remains dominant amongst the undecided, so if you support no-one, I think there's always a good chance there are parties you'd want in even less than others - making tactical voting against them more plausible.

I think not voting is inexcusable really. Whether you're voting for who you want it or who you think has the best chance of stopping those who you hate, there's always a reason to vote.

God I'm confused now! I started by saying Yes then I changed it to No and now I'm not sure. I can't stand him and have repeatedly called on Chris to ban him, a fact that is well documented, however it is a bit Hitleresque now I have read all the arguments.

I wish he would go away of his own accord! Can we just not take away his ability to create new threads so he has to post all his crap in the thread that was created for him?
