Me, too! I have to say I hate his coat and not just because it's leather. It's got these dorky circles around his arms and it just looks like he stole it from Battlestar Gallactica. The costumes on Robin Hood are way too modern and not at all "medieval believable".

It's not meant to be taken as a literal representation of what went on you know.......sunny you disappoint me, I thought you were cleverer than that.

As there was no such person as "Robin Hood," of course it's not "literal." However, the costumes irritate me by being so very off the mark for the period. She wore a low cut red dress the other day and there's not a veil nor wimple anywhere in sight. In an interview a few episodes back, one of the producers said it's more "science fiction" than anything else. No kidding! That's why your fella is outfitted like a Klingon for every episode.

I know! I love it. I love some of the things they put Marion in too.

Sorry Sunny, my previous comment came out in a way it wasn't intended, clumsy phrasing.

I can just imaginge Yuds wearing a wimple.....nah maybe not.

I'm not 100% sure what a wimple is, but I bet you'd look great in it anyway foots.

I'm watching it right now. Not that I'm looking all that closely at him, mind *ahem*, but, yeah, they're leather trousers. I still hate the dorky Battlestar Gallactica worthy jacket he wears, but those trousers look NICE! However, Richard Armitage looks so much cuter when he's NOT playing Sir Guy. What's with the dark eye make-up?!

He did a week reading the bedtime story on CBeebies - I found it most inappropriate!
