You can get four door Fiestas! Console, for the love of all that's holy, stick your head out your door and let him know what it is!

As my car is currently parked down the street, and I am both far too lazy and too tired to go and check, I've just dug out my insurance certificate (I was looking for my log-book, but, obviously, it will do) and I have a Ford Fiesta 1.25I LX 16V 5DR (P reg). Savvy?

Count yourself lucky... you don't have the opportunity of wasting petrol.

Count yourself even luckier. I just had to pay $700 to have the A/C in my car fixed. Some random part was shot. I swear the guy at the garage told me it was "A faulty flux capacitor."

I don't know whether this is true, but does having your car window make it harder for your car to accelerate? I've heard that if you have your window open on the motorway and the wind, obviously, travels into your car rather than just whooshing past it it causes a strain and it might be tiny bit harder for you to accelarate which means you us more petrol. Is that true? I'm not sure?

Apologies for the double post, but I forogt to mention what's annoying me today.

What's annoying me and down right pissing me off is the fact that I'm walking like Forest Gump today (when he had those braces round his legs as a boy). See, I fell off my bike yesterday evening and damaged my knee quite badly when I fell and landed on a bent knee. I don't think it's broken - it just feels very stiff which makes driving and walking difficult and very painful.

I don't think I've sworn so much in between whimpers in my life.

Although I did meet a milestone with mrs RB, it was the first time she'd seen me sob while lying in a heap in my road with a bike tangled all around me.

Console wrote:Actually, at slower speeds it is more fuel efficient to drive with your windows down, but past a certain speed (about 45-55 MPH, depending on the size and shape of your car) the amount of fuel that is needed to counter the drag caused by having the windows open is greater than the amount of fuel needed to generate/replenish the electricity supply in the car. So, for driving through town have the windows open and for motorways/dual-carriageways have the A/C on.

I could have told you that as soon as you said it was purple.

Oops! I didn't see that before.

Did you know that by pressing the horn of your car you can actually make it go slightly faster (5%) for free, thus saving petrol and money.

As you press the horn the sound waves push the air out of the way of the front of the vehcile relative to the speed you're travelling and it creates a mini vacuum in front of your car, hence less air resistance hence your car goes slightly faster.

So if you're in a hurry or just want to save some cash, drive while constantly beeping your horn!

Urgh. I can't do chemistry. It pisses me off. My chemistry exams are annoying me today, and realising I'm unable to go visit a friend for ages. :(

I thought that babies who have eczema are less likely to have it as adults. Or something.

Leaving my phone at home and also having to stop mid-run this morning as I've buggered my shins up again.

Grrr.
