Cuddly Moyles was receiving physio this morning, due to the fact he has hurt himself during exercise last week!!

How funny is his rant! And the rest of the team members equally funny!!

pfft it was easy

12 cakes - 240g

1 bag of flour = 3000g

30 cakes = 2.5 * 12 so 2.5 * 240g of flour = 600g

(600/3000) * 100 = 20

So 20% of the bag of flour used.

I realise that by posting this before the answer is revealed I can end up looking veh stoopid.

*edit* It would have been easier to do 240/12 to get the amount of flour per cake than multiply that by 30 but it all works out the same.

I did it in what is probably a very round the houses type of way..

12 cakes = 240g, so 6 cakes = 120g (because I'm rubbish at multiplying by fractions); 30 cakes = 6 x 5, so 120g x 5 = 600g.

Then I worked out that 30g = 1% of 3,000g, so therefore, 30 x 20 = 600g.. 20%.

I worked it out by finding the amount of flour used for one cake, multiplying it by 30, dividing that by 3000 then multiplying it by 100.

Someone texted me saying "I think Aled has had enough pain now, this is getting a bit tedious" Suffice to say I dont agree with them, its quality radio, at worst the look on Carrie's tearful face was a bit much but that was all. I dunno if I could go through with that, everytime I merely get my haircut my scalp is sensitive when they rake the comb across, still, tickle torture is quite annoying, when a stray hair lands on your nose during the process.
