Am I the only one who is becoming increasingly concerned about the people being allowed into the BB house? The latest person to be thrown out appears to be some kind of "pyscho"!! Previously shows have included a suicidal person, and one who made a stupid comment about coloured people.

What do you think? Will it end in disaster?

Well it started that way, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Bearing in mind my view is one of someone who doesn't watch at all, it seems to me that they deliberately get the people in who will make "good" telly (that is, good telly by Channel 4's definition) and then chuck them out when they do exactly what they are expected to do. Channel 4 will be loving this, it's generating ever more publicity for them.

In fairness the first 2 series were relatively normal people. I mean Jon Tickle was considered the strange one at that time! And I don't remember Nasty Nick threatening to shoot people "pow pow pow"!

Anyway. What kind of defence is that "it's an expression used round my way" can I go in there and claim "nominate me and I'll stab your families" is "just an expression" daft cow. She's one of these people who are never wrong. The world is to blame as far as she can see. She's never been punished for anything and now she has she's gonna claim it's her being victimised and bullied and probably play the race card too.

When I'm dictator of the world, BB will be full of people like her only it'll be the doctor who version where people get killed each week! Chavs and Ghetto Chavs make Andy mad!

Yep, it always was a disaster, but it seems to have taken a really dangerous turn these days.

With the fame-hungry wankers they put in, I don't think it would be horrible if someone got injured.

Whilst that seems quite a harsh argument, I do agree with you. It's not as if the people who apply don't know what they're letting themselves in for.
I think BB is very funny this year - although the bits with Alex in were just annoying so good riddance.

I don't agree. I'd like the house closed down, before it winds up with a tragedy.

Wouldn't go that far - everyone knows they are on TV and being watched. As Alex said last night, you'd have to be incredibly stupid (even for a BB contestant) to do anything dangerous. And if anything did happen security would be in there in a flash.

I'd also like it closed down, but for a different reason.. they can leave the contestants in there if they want, just shut the cameras off.

Yeah, fair enough. But then Alex was talking about "outside the house".. Creepy

As much as i think this was a legitimate reason to be thrown out of the house at the time, i believe that BB contradicted themselves on this issue as Charley said the n word over and over again later in the show but was not removed.

in the current series, i think Alex was warned enough times about her behaviour and was correctly removed.

Still would of been better to see her in the cells before she got kicked out and to see her evicted with a live audience.

Re: Charley. Charley was coloured though! Emily (of last year) did that on purpose.

Emily last year seemed the smartest person in there and was singing song lyrics. For who and when is it acceptable to say the N word? When it is in alot of lyrics these days and when people call each other it.

She wasn't just singing lyrics. She said the word to Charley's face. Intelligent, yet stupid.

I don't think it should be one rule for one and one for another like last year. If Emily was thrown out for it, then Charley should have been too regardless of skin colour.

Isnt calling people coloured racist in itself?

Hmmm. It's always difficult in these days of political correctness.
