Jankovic injured her knee in her last game, it looked a bit dodgy. I'm not surprised she's struggling. She had an arm injury at the French which was pretty nasty too, so she has plenty of excuses available!

'Tis true, I saw her last match. She called for the trainer when she was winning as well, so it wasn't a tactical thing (plus, the incident itself didn't look too comfortable.)

She's out now. Jie beats Agnes Szavay, another seed (albeit a lower seed).

Looks like federer's match is going to be closer than I first anticipated. I actually fancy Hewitt to win this match.

Me too, i admire Federer as a player because he is good but he doesn't seem to enjoy playing anymore. He's either satisfied with winning the tournament or grumpy because he lost but he's never shows any happy emotion!

Nope, Hewitt won't win it now. He had a cracking chance to win the first set tie-break, but blew it. He's now a break down in the second.

No mistake, though, Federer is past his best.

I agree but it shows how poor the other players are though because he is still comfortably winning matches even past his best

The other players aren't necessarily poor, but Federer is arguably one of the greatest players ever. It's a shame for him that such a master of clay is around at the same time, because he'll never win the French, but that doesn't detract from his own quality.

He manages to make Stefan Edberg look exciting though. And no-one ever thought that would happen.

Oh dear, Nadal has had to call for the trainer after a slip in the second game of his match, by the looks of things and apparently the doctor is out there as well.

NOOOOOO!

Well.. he's back on court and apparently limping, but he's now a break up.

Footballers everywhere take note.

Nadal was awesome earlier.. it usually takes him the first few rounds to get into the swing of it at Wimbledon, but he's pretty much there now. Cracking win, made Youzhny look very, very ordinary. Which he's not.

Murray's campaign is falling apart at the seams at the minute. It's not over yet, but it ain't looking great.

That's not going to help sales of his autobiography!

He seems to be picking himself up now but it seems like its more Gasquet letting him in then Murray forcing himself into the match

Well, the end of that set was incredible. I'm no Murray fan, but he picked himself up in extraordinary fashion and how he won that break point, I doubt even he'll ever know.

He's a break up in the fourth now. A great spectacle and a fantastic match shaping up.

This has got to be the best match so far. Both players playing incredible tennis and the Brit is winning!

It was a cracking match and indifferent as I was at the start, I found myself cheering on the fightback as the third set went into the tie-break, however... it wouldn't have happened had Gasquet not lost his bottle. He was a break up in that third set and it should have been easy from then on for someone of his quality. I don't doubt the crowd lifted Murray, but I certainly don't think they'll be able to lift him enough to beat Rafa.

Both players played good tennis in that last two and a half sets and yet both players made silly mistakes. The kind of mistakes that get punished by the World Number Two.

As much as Nadal plays great tennis and has played very well during the tournament, but i think Murray Nadal match will go to 5 sets and I think Andy Murray will come through it.
