Fearne Cotton was discussing autographs on her show earlier in the week.

Have any of you managed to get a signature from someone "famous"?

I have Victoria Beckhams autograph. My uncle works at Heathrow I think, and managed to get her autograph for both me and my sister. However, I've now lost it.

Well done, though I have to admit her's wouldn't be an attraction for me. :-(

It was about 7 or 8 years ago I think, so she wasn't as annoying then.

I see. :-) She's apparently trying to win over the Amercian public by smiling a lot more, and being seen to be more "dressed down" in jeans & stuff. Was reading this in a mag. yesterday.

I have Alice Cooper's, Slash's, Sting's, Alan Rickman's, and Kerry King's.

My copy of 'Shaun of the dead' is signed by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost too.

That's brilliant! I love that film.

I have the Alien Vs Predator DVD signed by the Predator. He lives near my Mam. I also got Maggie Philbin's autograph many years ago (she used to be on Swap Shop with Noel Edmonds for those who are slightly younger than me).

So Vivienne, have you got any autographs? You didn't say.

Oh, and after further thought, I have Peter Davison and Robert Glenister's autographs, from when they filmed a TV programme near where I live.

God, yeah, remember that one... And "looking out for Linda" as well.

And with those two, we've exhausted my extensive knowlege of Hue and Cry songs.

I have Chris from Foo Fighters autograph as well. I'm ashamed to have forgotten that one until now.

I don't think they (Hue & Cry) were on the pop scene that long, as I recall.

I was just about to agree, but I looked them up and they've released about 12 albums! Admittedly only half of them charted, but I'm amazed!

I don't get autographs. I have however arm wrestled both Moby and Chesney Hawkes (not at the same time) and been in a pint downing contest with Ralf Little. Matt and Andy from Dodgy both challenged me to see how much beer and sandwiches I could hold at one time without using pockets and whatever I still had hold of at the end I could keep - bit like that kids gameshow form saturday mornings I think.

Kelly Jones treated me to an accoustic version of Bartender and the Thief. Jimmy Carr accused me of being a serial rapist in front of a large group of people and warned everyone to steer well clear of me for the remainder of university. Oh and the Cheeky girls have both touched my bum!

12 albums!! Good God. I only remember them being around from c. 1990-1991? Obviously, this isn't the case.

Harrison Ford had my book at his house for months. His agent kept apologizing when I would call her to check on it. Said she'd "speak to him about it." He inadvertently made a cup ring on the cover and then finally autographed it for me and had his agent's people mail it back. He'd forgotten some of his mail inside. It was an RSVP to a party he and his wife had been invited to. He couldn't attend. I kept the original where he filled it out and mailed a copy to the hosts for him. I'm so conscientious.

I have lots of signed books, do they count? Among my favourites are Tom Baker, Julian Clary, Martin Brundle, Tony Hadley, Martin Johnson, Jason Donovan, Peter Andre and (of course) Chris Moyles - he signed my copy "Thanks for looking after me, see you soon Christopher xxx"

I've never been too fussed about getting autographs. Probably because I know how much I hate signing my own name, I don't want to bother celebrities. Especially when they're on down time.

I know some of them see it as part of the fame, but they've enough people interested in them, they don't need me doing it too.

Legend.

I should also point out that it's manically written in thick red pen all over the picture of his face.

He is certainly a very intense man!
