You sure you didn't just have your skirt tucked into your undies?

I love it. :-) the older you get, the more grateful you become (ha ha!). 8)

My mum says that - she also sometimes asks to be ID'd at club doors as well.

Ah ok. Just checking! 8)

Haha. Well done. I knew you would make me laugh one of these days!

I honestly don't know whether to take that as a compliment or an insult.

I see.

Now you're in trouble! Yuds used your full name rather than just foots.

Awww... that's awesome charlalottie. I hope you feel very proud of yourself. I'm sure your 'rents will be very pleased too.
I loved being on my own when my mum went on holiday. I felt to adult and mature. Plus, I was more inclined to do "chores" when I wasn't asked to do them.

charlalottie wrote:I'm happy but slightly unnerved by the last couple of days. My parents are on holiday so it's just me and well I've suddenly become very responsible. Saturday watered the garden, fed the fish and baked some fairy cakes and did all the washing up. Sunday made a curry and did all the washing up and tidying and today went shopping to Tesco's with the money my mum left me for food as she knew I needed to get some and instead of buying chocolate and ice cream and nice things, I bought actual ingredients to make dinners. Elmo was happy though, he's been well fed all weekend without doing anything.

Aww and just last year you couldn't cook a thing. Our little girl is growing up! Well done, Ms. Lalalala. Now send me a fairy cake.

I found a recipe today for gin and tonic cup-cakes. I will be making those.

When I was your age (perhaps a bit younger), my sister and I had a big house party when my parents went away and although my mum knew about it, we didn't clear up properly. She wasn't best pleased. She got home at about 2am and woke us up to clear up straight away.

My sister is back with Joel's dad and it's now looking like my ex and I may not be able to be friends.

Today is working out to be a right shit day. It started so well, as well.

Booking to go to Egypt in October and New York in November is making me smile lots. Prior to last September I hadn't had a holiday in about 4 years so I dont feel too bad about being indulgent!
