Well the weirdos in Derby would call it a "Bacon Cob" the crazy bastards!

I still call them bacon rolls/baps

anyway

My first memory of Mr Moyles was when I was 14 and doing work experience at Marconi and my borther was giving me a lift home and after that I used to listen to the afternoon show when I got home from school whilst "doing" homework!

I know I first heard Moyles when he was on after Mark & Lard and I would just leave the radio on, but I can't remember exactly when that would have been. I reckon about ten years ago. Time flies...

I call them Bacon Sarnies.... and usually only have them on a Sunday morning with a hangover, and they have to have ketchup.... Apperantly that wrong and it should only be Brown Sauce, but I don't agree.

I first started to listen to CM in the afternoons when I started a job about 7 years ago, I used to spend alot of time out on the road so thats when I first found him at R1. Before that I always used to work in an office that wasn't allowed the radio on so I didn't get a chance to listen to him.

I have a bacon and sausage roll and it should have mayonnaise in (although tomato sauce is also acceptable.)

This thread has made me laugh out loud. Especially...

Well played.

Now, back on topic. A bacon roll is a buttie. A chip roll is a buttie.

I've never heard of a butch or whatever Ezza was calling them.'

TIAL - you are agreeing with Viv. Stop it.

Andy - I think both tomato and brown sauce are acceptable.

Topher - mayonnaise can only go in a bacon buttie IF its a BTL. Or a BLT if you want to conform to standards.

S4B - Mayo with peas? Ewwwww!
