Yeah Shane was a player having mothers and their daughters, I take it she has left now then? Sugar Rush was a good show, I do miss it abit because there just isn't anything good to actually watch on T.V these days.

Very true... but these ones are ridiculous. They're all loaded, have high exec jobs and go out to dinner every night.

That was probably one of the reasons why i went off Shane; cheaters and players are extremely unattractive to me, plus she was skinny which is a turn off also. I don't think she's officially left, no. But that's all I'm telling you. You'll have to watch and see!!
Sugar Rush was very good - I'm quite suprised it ended to be honest. If you're stuck on what to watch - I'd buy the L Word seasons on DVD they're not that badly priced; they'll keep you occupied for hours!

My legs now hurt but I feel a lot more confident about the upcoming half marathon.

Last time I was in London I was down for a week long course and I went for a walk one night which was not unlike that route. I definitely walked down to the Tower of London, the along the banks of the Thames to Westminster. I think I headed up Whitehall before I finally gave up as I stupidly did the whole thing in my shiny shoes instead of my trainers. I had blisters the rest of the week. :(

Still, was a really good walk around quite a few places that were worth seeing in London, so I'm not going to complain too much.

Making me laugh today is my dad not being able to take the fact that some tunes might have some shouting/rapping in. Listening to Zane with him was interesting. What is it with older people and their insistance that lyrics have to be sung?

I like your new avatar. Well done.

I had a great run yesterday evening: the sun was shining, and I ran up to a golfing area, with loads of greenery and beautifully scented pine trees, birds singing in the trees, loads of space - lovely !!! :-)
