It means that you have to take all the bad stuff that Viv says about other people, and behave in exactly that way yourself, but not admit it. It means you have to cause loads of trouble, and then blame everyone else for it. It means that you are allowed to complain about people being unpleasant to you, whilst being as offensive as you can to others.

There's probably more, but thats a start, that should get you preliminary membership of Viv's.
