I used to run a predict-a-league a long time ago on another forum.

Would anyone be up for it?

Rules would be:-
3 points for exact scoreline
e.g. Prediction Man Utd 3 - 0 Chelsea and actual score being Man Utd 3 - 0 Chelsea

1 Point for correct result incorrect scoreline
e.g. Prediction Man Utd 3 - 0 Chelsea and the actual score being Man Utd 4 - 0 Chelsea

In each round you can play a joker in which points will be doubled for the game highlighted.

Point will only be assigned to predictions posted before the kick off of the first game.

Fixtures will be posted for weekend fixtures of the English Premier League(Saturday, Sunday and Monday) on Wednesdays with a league table updated every Tuesday

any other questions?

It was just the best scoreline I could dream of!

The bbc do something similar for the SPL, so yeah this could be fun. I'm usually awful at them though!

Oh, and Man United beating Chelsea... At least that's realistic!

Seconded!

Meh, we all know the ideal result in that game - meteor strike resulting in the players AND fans being wiped out. Football would be a nicer place without them.

Excellent bit of picking on Bruvva there, S4B, I bet he is running scared.

That would be a really bad idea, the mood I'm in.

No, harsh would be wishing they had ebola before the meteorite struck.

Nothing other than being a Chelsea fan.

I think that was a bit harsh, especially as its not the fans fault. I'm not usually picky with Man U Chelsea games, i'd be happy if it was a 0-0 draw and yet Ronaldo and Ashley Cole got two broken legs each with the remaining players all sent off for a major brawl which excluded them from the league for the season.

But as for the fans, I've got nothing against them
