ian it is in the sound vault, it comes from sound effects cd that will doesnt even know the name of. this question has come up so many times, im going slightly mad.

Its in the section called "0ther songs" its the third one down called "Will's Music" hope this helps  ;D

It doesn't have a name as such (other than Will's music now) - it was the theme tune for a section of Vision On called "The Burbles".
