I am too old, you have to be between 13 & 34 to listen to Radio 1, apparently older than 34 you can not get the "yuff" humor.

Just out a matter of interest, and I mean this in a "normal discussion" sorta way, not as an argument - how is he a bully?

Being unfunny and overpaid is an opinion and I don't think he would deny that he is on the podgy side, but what is it that makes him a bully?

All of that is at best being unpleasant and stating negative opinions, at worst being stupid. None of it fits any definition of bullying. I often don't think its particularly funny either, but I'm not exactly Moyles target audience.
