Apologies for the double post, but also making me smile is the fact that the landlady has finally FINALLY got back to me about whether I can get Sky installed in the flat. She's said yes. Whoop.
Sky+ HD with all the channels for £57 a month. Thank you very much! So you'll all be seeing my HD willy being waved about for a while - although * knows where my HD willy was when I setup all my consoles on the HD telly. It was just sexy!

Also making me smile is that I'm finally getting t'internet installed at home.
£18.00 a month for Unlimited downloads, a speed of up to 24megs (which means that I'll probably get about 18megs) and a free wireless router/modem (adsl2+ compatible) from Bethere. SWEEEEEET!

I'm just so happy that things are all setup finally!

I have the greatest hits album somewhere. That song and Making Your Mind Up are in my top 25 most played on iTunes, yeah I'm cool. 8)

Sky is the biggest waste of money apart from putting your money in an Icelandic bank account.

I remember what it was like to be a child when I hear that song - and I wasn't one when it came out, it had the same effect on me then.

Tis a top tune, beaten only by Making Your Mind Up! I was five when this was out, so it does remind me of being a child.

Making me smile is my gas bill going down by £40 per month, and my electricity going down by £10 per month.
More money to waste on pointless stuff, and lager (which is by no means pointless!). Also being spurred on at work by the thought that in less that two weeks I'll be in Egypt soaking up the sun!

Topher - when you get a free Sky Plus box and all the channels and interweb and phone and everything for £30/ month. They're not bad. Also as I rang up and said can my mum have a free sky plus box and installation and they said yes.

It really helps having someone on the inside though.

Well. My HD willy is a 37",1080i, LCD willy that came with a full Sony surround sound kit... all for £700. It's so pretty.

Better than bloody Virgin as you get alot more for your money. With Virgin; your picture will constantly freeze and you'll have crappy customer service. My mum used to have Virgin and I hated it. I would have done everything through Sky if I hadn't have found Be.

That's good. I'm always wary when it comes to going with companies I don't really know. But then I found out that they're part of O2 and their deal is incredible. So that swung me.

I only found out they were part of O2 yesterday! Which I found odd, considering O2 told me they couldn't provide me with broadband when I bought my iPhone last month... (too far from my exchange apparently)

I get to hang out in a top BBC Station and press buttons and fiddle with knobs all day next Wednesday! Am gonna put together a mini show-real as well.

Oh and I get to press the button that turns everyone's car radio over for the traffic report as well. That's so annoying!

All the little adoptable animals I just met at the humane society -- especially the little, old black poodle/terrier named 'Zoot'.
