i'm doing a politics course and all we're talking about it the ice-save and the LEAs (local ecomonic authorities) and how they are bloody stupid. PLUS! trust the county i life in, kent, to save the most and lose the most. total bloody idiots, there arent even any banks in iceland anyways. the only safe place for over seas saving is in switzland, in a suiss account.

because they have no ecomice stabitily, even before the crisis everyone knows about now. The accounts were hig interest, and high interest means high risk with banking. so anyonw who decided to bank in ice-save or whatever was never going to end up being fine.

i think you're incredibly brave to teach yourself, its got to be hard. and yeah one of my mates was at WKC for two weeks before he left because his teacher was german and couldn't speak english very well or something. I think she said the teacher was german. defo wasn't english thou

because of the sudden collapse, and that the only banks in iceland were form other countries. My dad is in finance and he was going on about it, and he was sayin how there was no logically reasoning to believe it was stable
