Uh huh.

I ignored that thread at the time. I don't think an article on 'theage.com.au' (?!) about a shop called the "Ruby Fish Bar" and sells something called a "Stonner", is something that I need to spend much time on. I also have a feeling that the obviously 'local' owner, Sati Sangha, and his obviously 'forgein' friend Campbell McArthur, are possibly trying to cash in on a pretty negative stereotype that Scotchlanders are all fat bastards.

I'm off to get pizza.

Very stupid in my opinion, the reason stated was it sounds healthier ... Pizza is Pizza im sorry :P

Plus also just because it's Pasta doesn't make it healthy, the sauce on top could whack up the old calories, in fact the McDonalds salads were more worse for you than a Big Mac

I wish Pizza hut delivered, we're not able to get them here. Dominos it is for me.

Oh, and for those who do use Dominos - when you order on-line, enter NRPHYWAO in the voucher code box. If your order is over £20, you get 25% off.

Dominos > Pizza Hut.

Why would you want Pizza Hut to deliver a shit pizza, when you can have Dominos deliver a brilliant one?
#362964
I've never tried them and according to their web site, their nearest stores to me are Luton, Hitchin and Berkhamsted, which, while not being the other side of the country, are a bit far to travel for a pizza.

Pizza hut > Dominos

Cheesy Bites from Pizza hut are great. Also the "Red is hot, Grey is not" is a good idea... if the spot on the box is grey then you get a free large pizza next time. The drivers find it quite hard to find our house so spend some time driving around, I can see us getting more free pizzas!

I don't like Pizza Hut cheese, Dominos cheese is far superior - particularly noticeable in the Dominator base / stuffed crust.

Thing is, I am somewhat a pizza connoisseur.

I have a Dominos and a Pizza Hut the same distance from me. I have sampled both several times. I have never EVER been happy with the Dominos. I am ALWAYS happy with the Pizza Hut.

Topher, it is already proven that your taste in food is shit. Ergo, Pizza Hut wins.

I don't like the sauce on Papa John's pizzas. Every time we order one, I'm disappointed. My youngest only likes them or Dominos whereas I've always preferred Pizza Hut's pan pizza to Dominos'. The other day I ordered the boys some of Dominos' new sandwiches and a pizza to be delivered. They were all really good! I was surprised.

That said, I still prefer Pizza Hut.

Why have you never been happy with Dominos?

Pizza Hut always get some part of the order wrong, or you're waiting at least an hour. For a pizza. In an eat-in place. And the cheese is shite.

Dominos is brilliant and if you live near and get a carry out, you can watch them cook it, so you know it's good.

No... it has been proven that I am good at junk food. Therefore ('ergo' my arse) I am the ultimate junk food connoisseur - junk food includes pizza.

-does not compute-

Yeah. They've started doing sandwiches the same way that Pizza Hut started last year with the pasta. 4 sandwiches -- Philly Cheese Steak, Chicken Parmesan, Italian and Chicken Bacon Ranch.

Basically - I've eaten lots of pizza. Pizza Hut is not the best pizza out there, but it is in the Dominos argument.

Why have you never been happy with Dominos?

When it arrives, it always looks good. However, it is always too doughy, then suddenly goes all minging. The cheese seems to form a sorta skin or summit. The sides are normally made of a block of solid breadcrumbs.

I've never been let down by the Hut of Pizza goodness however, I have been by Dominos. I've also never had to phone Dominoes to find out where the delivery is... I have with Dominos.(Sounds like we have had opposite experiences here)

Why would I want to watch them cook a pizza? Plus, watching them cook it doesnt make it good - I can go to my local Mr Kebab and watch him cook the pizza on one of those ovens with the conveyor belt that moves the pizza through... they are certainly never 'good' unless you are steaming.

I can't really argue with this. Except you are wrong with the pizza bit.

Hmm.. I've never known this.

Neither have I.

We'll ignore the fact that I used blatant tabloid style picking up on a mistake and leaving out the bits I didn't like.

Mr Kebab?! What kind of name for a kebab shops is that?

Personally, if I was going to a kebab shop, I'd be ordering doner meat and chips... pizza is generally not their forté.
