Making me smile is someone doing something very nice for my daughter for no reason other than that they want to do a nice thing. People are great.

You can cancel Hollyoaks, but you can't cancel rape. THINK!

You can cut lines out of Corrie, but folk will still hate Rangers.

That whole story made me laugh a while back, and it's making me smile now just thinking about it. Nothing to do with what you were talking about mind you.

Oddly me and my parents were having a conversation about what happens to their money if they die.

I smiled when they agreed that they would give me all the money and make me give an allowance to my sister, who is 10 years older than me at 30.

Then we all had a scone and a laugh. Not my sister, she's a public joke.

I've moved jobs again by the way.

Yes and no. If someone is making terrible mistakes all over the place, fill yer boots. While I agree that the English language needs to be upheld blah blah blah (sod getting into that old arguement again by the way) - I think it can be taken too far. It's a Chris Moyles internet fan site. Let's not get too above our station.

It will scare the newbies.

But you make mistakes as well. The fact you have been dossing about here for the past year means you give as good as you get. I just don't think its fair to jump down some new persons throat for an every day mistake. And don't try dragging me into the argument of "just cos it happens all the time doesn't make it right".

I know it's your "thing". All the regulars do. You work in a bookshop and correct peoples grammar and spelling. New folk don't know this though. If they come on lolling n tlkn lts of crp thn fair enough - abuse tae buggery. In my opinion, a bit of slack wouldn't do any harm though.

No I haven't. Get your facts right. I'm still on the dole robbing you of your taxes. Although I have got a couple of interviews lined up.

Taking - with both hands - the best opportunity to embarrass my daughter (its what we parents live for) ever. Her college started at 10 today so I gave her a lift. While we were stuck at traffic lights in a street full of students heading down to the college Chris plays Kenny Loggins, meaning (of course) that the windows go down, the volume goes up and singing very loud becomes extremely necessary............It's a great way to meet your children's friends!
